Popular in Ukraine, this sec or dry white sparkling wine is vintage 2019 and aged in the bottle for minimum 18 months. Especially formulated for the American market, this sparkling wine is a blend of chardonnay, riesling and aligoté. Only 23,000 bottles were rescued from Bakhmut all to be sent to the United States to showcase the sweeter side of Ukraine’s sparkling tradition.
