Artwine 36 White Brut is a blend of pinot blanc (34%), chardonnay (33%), riesling (21%), and aligoté (12%) aged in the bottle no less than 36 months. Having lost their Crimean vineyards to the 2014 Russian invasion, Artwinery sourced these grapes from the Odesa, Kherson and Mykolayiv regions.
The taste is thin, and at the same time deep, fresh, harmonious, with notes of gooseberries, white currants, and light tones of aging. A favorite to cheer in the New Year, anniversaries, weddings and celebrations, it pairs exceptionally with oysters and sushi.
The 2014 vintage of this aged sparkling wine was chosen as an ambassador wine for the La Cité du Vin World Cultural Heritage Wines in Bordeaux, France on August 31, 2022.
Artwine 36 White Brut kicked off the New York Yacht Club’s 2022 annual wine dinner.
